Sometimes things battle at the back of our brain and it can manifest in this way.

Here's a trick you can try-

First, do some meditating before going to bed. Sitting in a dark room in front of a candle and just focusing on the flame and your breath is really calming. When thoughts enter your brain, just label them as "thought" and let it float away.

Before you fall asleep, chant the time you want to wake up - 6am, 6am, 6am. It sounds silly, but there is something about this that just triggers the brain - I don't know what!

Good luck!

it happens. like I would get up around 3 every morning to pee..I could probably have held it but it just happened all of a sudden. I sleep through the night now though

just go back to sleep

go to your doc

I was waking up at 2:00am when my neighbor would get home from work. His headlights shined in the window. It took me a few days to realize what was happening. Try a sleep mask they work wonders.
