Pantyliner. Or make it a point to go to the restroom and wipe more often. When I have discharge issues, I go to the bathroom every hour to freshen up. I use baby wipes. It keeps things clean, fresh and under control. I also feel less gross.
If you have an excess amount of discharge, you may want to go see a GYN doctor. It's not natural for a woman to discharge if she's healthy.
remember, thats what underwear is for! It is there so the discharge doesn't get on your pants, because in theory pants are more expensive, longer lasting, pieces of clothing.
Get some cheaper panties if you feel bad about getting your nice ones dirty. Change them more often if you find it uncomfortable.
Or, if you're worried about a guy or someone seeing it (and you shouldn't worry, most men are happy to encounter female fluids) change before you go and see someone.
