idk how many calories but it sounds like a healthy day to me!

Not enough, and you need to add some fruit into that meal plan for vitamins and nutrients. I would suggest some raw fruit snacks between meals (apple slices, a banana, etc.).

Keep it up with the water though, that's a very healthy choice.

I think you're a little too worried about it, which isn't healthy. Cutting calories may help you lose weight, but it's not good for your body in the long run. If you continue to eat things like bran, lean dairy like skim milk, whole wheat bread, lean protein, and vegetables, you'll be doing something wonderful for your body and you'll stay at a healthy weight. Stressing about it, dieting, or trying too hard are all ways to set yourself up to fail! That being said, I think you need to eat more... add some healthy fruits and vegetables, like try half a banana sliced up in your cereal, an apple with your ham sandwich, and a snack of celery and peanut butter in between. That would make it a great day. I hope you really are trying to be healthy rather than just aiming to lose weight... they're not the same thing! Good luck.

Less than 1000 calories - maybe quite a bit less depending on portion size. Not enough and unsustainable on a regular basis.
Everything sounds very healthy but you need more fruit and veg.
If you are trying to lose weight it is far better just to cut down a bit and keep that up permanently and do loads of exercise as a way of life.

No. You'll probably begin to notice, if you haven't already that your beginning to feel tired. Eventually, you will begin to have cravings, and begin a pattern of binge eating, and then dieting. That is because you are not intaking enough, frequently enough. The water, althoough wonderfully healthy, needs to not be overdone, too. It does flush out certain chemicals and fats from your system but too much can over do it.

That's way too few calories. That's practically anorexic, actually, if you ask me.

If you want to lose weight, aim for a few hundred calories less than the recommended amount (like 1800 instead of 2000). Also, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and lean protein. You need to give your body enough energy to survive.

You need more fruit & veg. Try chopping up some kiwi or banana on top of your branflakes, put some tomato & cucumber in your ham sandwich, have some broccoli/green veggies with your baked potato, add some additional fruit pieces as snacks during the day etc.

Remember, it's not always about rigid calorie counting. It's not good for you to be eating too little and not getting the nutrients/vitamins your body needs.
