7pm every day
The time of day shouldn't make a difference to effectiveness. Just take it at the same time every day (set an alarm or something). Some women prefer it in the morning, others at night. choose what is most convenient for you.
The pill works by building up hormones in your body, that's why in the beginning you have to take it for a week before you can have unprotected sex. It doesn't matter specifically what time you take it every day as long as you take it at the same time. You will be fully protected given you don't take anything that interacts with the pill.
