Question: my lips around my vagina seem to big and sometimes when i pull them apart to much it like burns above my clit

Do not pull your labia apart until it hurts, you are doing your body a disservice. Basically, you're just pulling the juncture of skin too taut, which would cause a burning sensation. Also, there is NO SUCH THING as your labia being too big. All vaginas are different.
Edit: Also there is no reason why a doctor would need to be seen for this any more than you would see a doctor for a skinned knee.

Some women have big labia. Some men have a big penis. It's no big deal, God made each of us different.
Unless they hang down so far that they're falling out of your swimsuit, you're probably alright :^)
I agree that you should talk to a doctor; I don't agree that it is a matter of particular urgency. Remember that vaginas were designed to stretch enough to pass a baby.
