Yes, when flow is really light, and sometimes at night annnnd for cervical mucus around ovulation.

I wear pads more often than tampons but tampons are very good too and if i HAD to choose one or the other, I'd take the tampons... but you can have both so why not make the most use of all available tools?

I only wear tampons because I have a very light period.

I havn't worn one since i gave birth almost two years ago, but i would wear a liner for the "just in case" factor.
