Do pads have fabric softner?(GIRLS ONLY)?!
Question: some pads i use on my period make me well puffy downnn there and some don't im allergic to fabric softener and i find out when i don't use pads on my pms i don't get puffy and itchy i know its gross that i don't use pads but my question is do they use fabric softner or something when they make pads?

They don't have fabric softener on them, but some have deoderant. That might be causing your irritation. Make sure you use a gentle soap like Dove when washing down there, and avoid douches, special "feminine washes", and other scented products.
Try an unscented kind of pad. If that doesn't help, Seventh Generation makes some that are free of chlorine bleach, dyes, and fragrances that might be gentle enough for your skin.
Can you try tampons? You can probably find unscented, unbleached ones too.
Lots of pads are scented.
Always "fresh" is an example of these. Buy the pads that are original and unscented, this is most likely the problem.
