If you don't drink a lot of water.. You could get dehidgrated... It is not good.. Try drinking gatorade or powerade.. Nothing with a lot of sugar.. try that and see if it works..
You are probably just dehydrated. If it is a serious problem and you are drinking a lot of water, you might want to go to the doctor and get checked for diabeties.
