Hi I have glandular fever at the moment.
I've had it for almost a month now.. and i've put on a little weight because I've just been sitting around and also getting bored and eating :p
Is there any way I can lose a little weight while still sick so that I look nice when I'm better and have to go straight back to school?

yeah, give exercise a rest while your body heals up. just try eating healthy. you shouldn't eat too many snack foods when you're sick.

well if you dont excercise you cant lose weight.just keep in mind to not take in more calories than you burn thats what cause fat

Try to eat lower fat and low calorie foods. Try not to lie down, even sitting half upright will use more energy than lying down. Try drinking lots of water as this will stop your body from retaining water.
