Question: what are some like tricks to keep my from putting my hand down my pants like every five seconds? like, i think i have ocd. i always have to put my hand down there, and when im just sitting around, i just feel my vagina all the time. its gross, i know, but i cant help it!

lol i dont think there is a way we can help you, you just have to tell yourself to stop, cant do anything more, oh wait i have a trick, smell your hand afterwards!!

It's just a bad habit that you have to break.

Guys do this all the time. They say that if you had balls you'd be playing with them too. So I guess you just like the feel, but it is a habit.

find something else to do with your hands, I bought a rubiks cube cause i kept biting my nails. I went on this sight that taught me how to complete da cube and now im addicted. I cant stop completing it all the time. It gives you something to do with your hands and also will impress your friends.

Some TRICKS? I don't think what you need is tricks. If this is a compulsion, then ask your primary care physician for a referral to a psychiatrist, who can treat you for OCD, if that's what it's determined to be.

Do you do this at work? I'm trying to picture what's going on here.

Actually, your vagina is up inside of you. What you're probably touching when you stick you hands down your pants is your vulva. Look it up.

wear a belt and keep it tight around your waist ,

place a mouse trap down there..lol

but for real try wearing jeans that fit , keep busy so you dont think about it.
