Are there any self cures for anorgasmia? What is the best solution?!

Question: I am not able to achieve an orgasm. not even on my first sexual experience. I am 19 years of age and this is extremely embarrassing and hard to explain to my fiance. I feel terrible because i know that sometimes he may take it personally and it makes it hard on me and i dont know how to explain it to him.

A lot of women haven't had an orgasm, actually.

The best way, that I have learned first hand and I read in a magazine also, is to figure out what you like and what works on your own. Like a previous answerer, you might want to try getting a vibrator or some other toy of sorts to see if you can get there. Or just do it the old fashioned way, if you know what I mean. You will never know what can get you there if you don't explore your options. I most definitely did not get there for a long time with my boyfriend. You have to feel comfortable and know what works for you.

dont you have a gyno- doctor for crying out loud?

Well you need to relax because the more tense and uptight you are the harder it will be. You also might try getting some "toys" and spending some time on your own figuring out what feels best.

I'm pretty sure that no one orgasms with their first sexual experience.
Do you actually have a disorder, or have you just been unable to orgasm.
I'd talk to a doctor that specializes in sexual dysfunction.

Anorgasmia is usually a factor of stress, or a fear of intercourse, a fear of pain, or the unwillingness to open up emotionally to the other person (like me). Anorgasmia can also caused by drugs, medicine or alcohol..
Anorgasmia is almost always related to psychological barriers, so it should only be temporary. It's all in your head. Just let go.
The ability to orgasm is also developed by age. 35 is the sexual peak for a female.
Under the possibility that it might be a physical condition interfering with your ability, you should see a therapist.
