Natural way to create more energy for busy mom...?!

Question: I am a mother to 5 year old twins, I work 40 hours a week, and I go to school 3 nights a week. Any extra time I have is spent with my kids. I find myself doing homework and housework after they have gone to bed, so I am usually up late. Any suggestions on how to get more energy without using medication or drugs??

hire a babysitter for a few hours on the weekend to take the twins to the park or a mall or where ever.

then, either exercise or read or do crafts or sleep, but do it for yourself. exercise will lead to more energy, the others will lead to relaxation which will lead to more energy

You may not have time to sleep for a long time but when you do sleep, make sure you get a good one. So, no lights at all. No musics/TV on etc. Have a warm drink or bath first to relax you. Other than that, eat fruit and veg and lots of healthy food because this gives you energy. Have something like porridge in the morning as this releases energy slowly. And pasta does too so that could be an idea for dinner! Look up some healthy diets on the web and that will increase your energy :)
