Question: i go to bed pretty early but im still really tired!
i went to the doctor and she wants to do a blood test but didnt say why . any ideas??

Blood contains a lot of information about the status of organs and glands in the body. Also, depending on the types of blood test your doctor orders, it might tell you if you are fighting a viral or bacterial infection. The most common test done when someone is tired all the time is EBV, epstien barr virus. This is also called mono. You may have it for the first time or you may have a relapse of it. Also, you could check your thyroid hormone levels. Hypothyroidism can cause fatigue. Anemia can also cause fatigue. All of these things and many more can be diagnosed through blood tests. That is why your Dr. took blood. If there is anything abnormal on your blood work, the lab or the Dr. will probably call you.

it could be a lot of things, a dietary deficiency, anemia, pregancy.... get the test done asap to see what is happening and fix it! (if it needs fixing)
