Nope not true. Pregnancy, surgery or weight gain are about the only things that will make your boobs bigger.
If your going to have boobs then u will have them, whether u rub creams or lotions on them will make no diference. It will make ur skin nice and soft but nothing more than that.
Don't believe the hype! Rubbing lotion on your boobs only moisturize them. If you want bigger boobs have surgery but do your research first.

No, it doesn't. The only thing besides, getting pregnant, gaining weight, surgery, etc. that will make you boobs grow bigger is time. Be patient, I heard that your boobs keep on growing your whole life. =)
just face the mirror naked and massge it daily, rub it hard ...
if ur flat it really sucks , and forget abt boys ,,,they'll hardly look at u .....
do some mental exercise like "day dreamin of having better boobs"
