Hungry before period!?!
Question: I get so hungry before my period and i was just wondering if anyone knew why and if anyone has the same thing?

you're just PMSing. it's one of the symptoms. nothing to worry about. you may also be overly thirsty. i think it has to do with your progesterone dropping and estrogen increasing. it has to do with hormones. the time before a period is actually when the body acts "pregnant" because of the physical changes going on. and yes! i experience it. especially chocolate and walnuts.
YES! I don't know if you have had children, but when i am about to start, you could swear i am pregnant! I crave certain foods! And i eat like a horse...i think it is hormonal!
i have the same problem.. all I do it think.. Mind Over Matter.. the only reason you feel really hungry, is because you are getting your period.. thats probobally just the way for your body to tell you that you are getting your period... Thats How I know ahead of time,... but dont eat a lot, because you arnt really hnugry, u just think you are.. it might be cramps too... but if you feel like you are going to pass out, ... THEN eat something
I know what you mean. Sometimes, during that time... I feel like slitting someones throat for a SNICKERS !
