Wierd cramps at night?!
Question: I normally fall asleep and sleep most of the night on my right side. For the last three nights when I lay on my left side I get a cramp starting from about the bottom of my rib cage to about my pelvis, on my abdomen. I am a very deep sleeper and these cramps wake me up. If I roll over onto my back or right side the cramps go away in about 2-3 min. and I'm able to fall asleep. Rolling onto my stomache makes it worse. I shouldn't be pregnant. I've never experienced this before. Is this just PMS or Has this happened to any body else??

Never experienced such a thing. If you continue to experience these cramps, it's time for a visit to the doctor's office; gyn or at least family physician.
