I am 5'4 and 130 pounds but I am only an A-cup. Is that normal?!
Question: It's completely normal, breast size is largley genetic and if you gain weight there is a good chance it will go everywhere but your breasts. I an pretty small too, I like the fact that while my bigger friends are sagging now we are all over 40 I have no problem. I'll never have to worry about getting my nipples caught in my belt buckle. Any time anyone commented on my small size I just smiled at them and pointed out my best curves are behind me. Small breasts often do go with a great butt.

I'm 5'4 and 110 and an A cup...I am done growing as well. Everyone's body is different. Embrace a smaller chest and be happy you can wear many tops without worrying about hanging out or looking top heavy.
IT depends on your age. I'm 15, 5'8 - 106 lbs. I'm THE smallest size A cup lol Don't feel bad. IF you're still young you will grow, if you are pregnant you will still grow, if you gain weight you will still grow. If you are idle and are older that 18-20 you're probably done.
Of course!! Everybody's bodies form differently. Many men love smaller boobs because they dont end up sagging as much and they just appeal more to some guys. Nothin bad about it! I'm 5'4 and I'm a size C but thats just cuz I weigh 160 and I've gotten pretty curvey... its not all its cracked up to be!
I suppose its normal for some people...but it wasnt for me. I went from nothing straight to a B when I was about 10 or 11. I kept growing and now I think I'm finally done...but if youre under 21 or 22 youre not done growing yet so theres hope.
Ive been skinny and always an A cup even after having my son a year later im a large A cup. I like being small on top makes ya look curvier. Like Freebird said you dont have to worry about saggy boobs when u get older !!
