115-154 is the healthy weight range.
Ideal weight would be a matter of opinion. I added a link where you can fill out your info and see other women's opinions.

Personally, if you're healthy and confident, I find that ideal! You're ahead of a lot of skinny women who constantly obsess over their weight.

Around 120-130.

I'm 5'8 and 146 lbs so I'd say 120-140 is healthy

115

120-130

130 150

I don't really know, I'm 5'9 but I'm only 14 so I weigh 120 so I think it just depends on your age.

130-140

110-120

The rule's usually 100 pounds for 5 feet, and then +5 for every inch above that.
So, about 130 is ideal. It varies ALOT depending on how much of that weight is muscle, though.

i'd say 110 - 120

Around 135 is good

120 - 130

I would have to say from around 125-145.....

the average is supposed to be 100 pounds for 5 feet and then 5 pounds for every inch after that.. but muscle mass and all of that taken into account give or take a couple pounds either way.. you're fine.

The weight to which your body is naturally prone. If you eat properly and excercise sensibly, you will be at your "ideal" weight. It might not be what others consider "ideal", but it will be the healthiest option for your body.

Well im 5'10'' and 135lbs and underweight. My friend is 5'6'' and 130lbs so between 120-140 is right for your height

It has nothing to do with what kind of person they are. It is irrelevant.

I'm 5'6 and weigh 130lbs

Anywhere from around 135-150. I'm 5'6 and have a large bone structure. Normal and best weight for me (I'm a bit muscular too) is about 155

google seach a BMI (body mass index) calculator and enter the info. it will tell you if you are underweight, normal, over weight, or obease

I'm exactly 5'6". I weigh about 120 or 125 depending on if I'm PMSing. Ha. Some of my friends that are my height are like 140, some are about 100. It really depends.

I think it is around 140 to 150 but depending on your build it may look healthier to be a little over. I am 160 and 5'3 and I am suposed to way between 110 and 125 and I think I looked too skinny when I was 115. so it depends

I think it is 95 pounds at 5 feet and then you add 5 lbs for every inch. Generally 5'6 should be around125 pounds. You might want to think about dropping a few before you get older and it gets harder.

youre fine the weight you are. i think thats correct for your height. wat does it matter if your happy anyway? just go with the flow

Your not fat if that's what your getting at, your weight limit, is what you make it. If you think your fat, go on a diet, but don't care about what other people think do your own thing!

according to a bmi calculator a person your height should be between 114.6 and 154.3!!

I am 5'6 and weigh between 135 and 140!!

Between 120 to 130 pounds. And you should care. You're carrying 25 to 30 pounds more than you should which is not good for long term good health.

For women, they say to start at 5'0 = 100lbs. Then add 5 lbs for each additional inch. The range can vary by +10 lbs. Your 5'6, so about 130-140.

My gf is5'8''-5'9'' same height as me and she weighs 115 and i weigh 130 were both really skinny and no we do not have a eatting disorder. dont go on a major diet now it doesnt matter what the weight is it is about whats on the inside and how kind you are. (personality) Can you answer my question its name is : How do you tell a friend that she is pretty? Thanks

Your BMI is 26. 19 to 24 is normal but 24 is chubby. Above 24.9 is overweight. If you were 110 to 120, you would have a BMI of 19 which is ideal (thin). Princess Diana had a BMI of 17. See site below with lots of tips on getting thin while eating like a horse. You nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat.
