Well, if your just starting out, its most likely that you will change. I have a real heavy flow so I have to use maxi pads. I would suggest that you have regular. Everyone is different. I remember starting out using regular but know that its been four years, I have to use maxi or I use a tampon with a pantie liner. Anyway, just try things out see which you think is the best. it takes adjusting to.

blehhh. pads suck. i started tampons when i turned 13. they are amazing. pads makee you feel all gross and disgusting and can cause an odor. Tampons you dont even feel them! ANd their not bad to put in.
