Do you think I am at a heathy weight?!


Question: ok well im 24 years old im 5'6' and I weigh 112. I want to lose 5 to 10 pounds nothing under 105 pounds. Or should I stay at the weight I am already at. Please Help me

Yes, I think you have a very healthy weight. In my opinion if you don't weigh enough to be able to donate blood , you are too skinny and thats where you're at so you don't need to lose more weight. Guys hardly ever want their chicks super skinny, whatever you feel comfortable with is a healthy weight.

OMG! You are a great weight and i hope you dont lose any weight because for your height the weight of your body is evened out enough. Im sure you look beautiful so stay how you are. I am 13 and 90 lbs annd i love my body and look great! Besk of luck!

you dont need to lose any weight. 112 is a great weight for some one who is 5'6!! i think if you lose weight you would be unhealthy

I'm going to disagree with many of the people who have answered this and say that your weight completely depends on your bone structure. Some people look healthy at 120 when they are 5'8, while others look healthy at 120 if they are 5'3. I'm assuming you are very small boned, and I wouldn't recommend losing any weight because you will be underweight according to BMI calculators, but gaining weight is also up to how you feel about your body.



f you are not confident with your body, you might consider gaining some muscle, and toning up. In essence you'll be gaining weight, but you may feel a bit more secure about yourself.

you should definatly stay at the waight your at you dont want to be too skinny
