Girls: going through puberty help??!
Question: Ok, so i think its time to wax my legs or w/e (use creams?? etc) I have like SO much hair on my legs.. and im only 12. Well i was wondering should i wax it off in the summer time?? My mom is ok with that, and suggests that. But the thing is that i have always had extremly hairy legs and have got teased of it, so now if im gunna wax my legs im afraid im gunna get teased again and everyone is gunna be like "you shave!!" etc. what should i do?

ok, they can't tease you for both. if they do, then who cares. your 12, you really shouldn't have to worry about your legs being hairy. but i wouldn't wax them, cuz then you'll never do it again. its painful and trust me, you wouldn't beable to handle it. lol. its no fun. get your eyebrows waxed, and then multiply that pain by like 20 and thats how much leg waxing hurts. i would just shave. but probably only up to the knee for now.
they wont make fun of you cuz u shave....just shave with a razor easy as pie
Well, with hairy legs the teasing isn't going to stop as you get older. Once you start removing it, the teasing MIGHT be the first time your friends notice it, but after that it will stop particularly when they start removing their hair.
Stop being embarassed by you hairy legs and wax them. If your underarms need it and you haven't already started to, remove the hair from under them too.

there is nothing wrong with shaving at all!

That would be dumb of them to make fun of them to tease you about having hairy legs and tease you for getting rid of it.
I'd suggest just shaving with a razer for now. You might as well wait till summer to wax your legs.
Also, I wouldn't suggest any of the creams that remove hair (NAIR, etc). They're really harsh and can leave burns and marks on your legs.
If you're worried about people making fun of you for shaving, just don't tell them! It's not something you should have to worry about. They'll end up shaving their legs eventually too.
dont worry i started shaving and stuff when i was 11 or 12. people shouldnt tease you for being a woman!
Hey its the way of life, just let them know that your growing up and they are still kids that can't grow hair any way.
