Cramps.....ughh please help i'm confused :/?!

Question: ok so after my period i have no cramps for a week. and then right after that i get really bad cramps for about a week and a half. and then i don't actually get my period again for a while after that, when i don't really have cramps anymore.

i always thought that you get cramps right before you get your period, but i get them about 2 weeks before and then nothing until i get my period. is something wrong??

don't worry I am the same way, it feels like I'm getting my period all the time (well atleast the cramps) It's normal though, they go on and offand stuff like that, just take an ibruprofenor tylenol and they'll go away, and don't forget to eat healthy, thats key!
