Is it true once you shave it grows faster and thicker?!
Question: I don't know but is that true? I'm really curious and yes I tried shaving for only like 3 times..? But I can't really tell if it's true or not...
Lots of people say its true

no it just looks that way because its new hair and jus popping out of the surface so it makes it look that way
yes it's true more like 5x's faster.
no.
that's a stupid myth.
not thicker but faster to a point. What happens is if u cut your or shave ur hair it automatically starts to grow back a lil faster but after a while goes back to normal...thats y if u want to grow your hair out u go and have sombody trim it just a bit because no matter how much u take off you hair thinks u whacked it all off! I really dont no how it works because the hair on the outside isnt alive...hmmmm....interestin...mabey the roots can feel a pressure change idk!
You can only have as much hair as the follicles in any given area. No follicles means no hair. Shaving is not going to cause you hair follicles to multiply.
Medical Center. "But it's not."
The stubble feels stiffer because it's cut straight across, exposing the thicker part of the shaft, and because it's short. "As it gets longer it feels softer," says Dr. D'Anne Kleinsmith, a dermatologist in West Bloomfield, Mich. Hair may also look darker after you shave, but that's not true either. "You just see these little dots against your normal skin color, and it just looks that way," says Kleinsmith.
To get the best shave, use a new, sharp razor
