breast sag becuase the ligament that held them up stretch..try tightning your breasts wiuth 20 puch ups a day .the muscle connecting your arm to your body needs to be built.do it everyday. It is better to start at a young age..thats when you see results..unless you want to go for 50 a day

Coming from a lady with D's. Listen to the person who said to do the push ups. Also try any arm stregthening work out machine. Such as the butterfly press. A thigh master will actually help too. Anything to stregthen the muscles across your chest, arms, and back with help the girls stand back up some. Good supporting bra will help as well. One with thick shoulder straps and a thick strap across the back. It will also help with any back pain you might have from carrying around the extra weight up front.
