It may indicate an infection. It seems like a very small amount. I wouldn't worry too much unless you exhibit other signs like pain and/or fever.
They probably poked her while inserting a catheter, or maybe too much rough sex..... altough it could be a sign of something dangerous as well, try googling it, people on this site tend to proclaim their vast knowledge of subjects they know nothing about......
it could be from injury,stone , infection and diseases of kidney.................... need further evaluation
