I've heard most "Americans".. Well Most of US americans that I've been around also simply call that mess <SLEEP>~!?! Now I'm no scientist on or about this matter !! but what I think a pretty good answer for this might be: It's some of the not fully digested proteins/liquids having to do with our natural body functions !?! Such as left over liduids from the digestive system of the body !?! & thoughs left over substances/liduids find a certain or specific place to go !?! and some-how I feel the sweat glands have a part in the bodies purging of things that had been processed/digested in our bodies & whatever traces are left simply get burned up/disolved in our bodies as we sleep & or just those last bites of oils or proteen find some of the same cavities glands or pores to come out of !! having us just feel it was sweat which should in`turn just be some clue that all the bodies systems are "GO" !?! or working as they should !?! Other than that I have'nt a clue !! it was JUST`a`GUESS !! lol "R"r`r,r'r.r``,'-
