Question: Is there a way to sanitize my contacts(BESIDES SOLUTION)?
I'm aware that you're supposed to immerse them in contact solution. What I'm asking is if there is a special solution, or a home mix I can make to sanitize them, not just keep them hydrated?
They've been on a strangers eyes.
I want to know if it's possible to kill any foreign bacteria, or diseases in case he had them. Pink eye, etc.

Look, it's not worth-while to wear CL's that someone else has worn... Why don't you think of a pair of undies... or... worse (if you're a girl... a tampon).... YUKK...
Having said that... here's your answer:
If your contact lens is a conventional soft lens, then it's possible to clean them with PolyVinyl Alcohol... (Brand name - Miraflow) or clean them with micro-beads (Opti-free daily cleaner). Then you must de-proteinize them with an enzyme cleaner. Now you're ready to sterylise/disinfect... You can boil the contacts (if they're hard)... or use a Hydrogen Peroxide system...
Btw, the solutions that you immerse your CL's daily don't just hydrate the lenses... they also clean and disinfect them too (unless you're storing the CL's in Saline only.. which is a no no).
Once more - don't risk diseases like Hep B, HIV, Herpes... by wearing these lenses.. don't think twice... just throw them down the toilet... flush.... and go and get some NEW ones.
