I wouldn't have thought you needed to have one preesnt provided tehy consented to the test. As you are under 16 you are entitled to a free eyesight test and vouchers for glasses. If your parents dont' consent then you still have the right to medical treatment if you understand what is involved. I would have thought that an eyesight test would mean medical treatment. I include a link to the public site of the CAB, if you stil have doubts try and make an appointment at your local CAB as they will give you confidential advice.

You do indeed, i work there and we cannot test anyone under the age of 16 without parental supervision.
