Not saline at all!!! You wear your contacts more than the expire date: if they are monthlies and open the blister you must not keep them after 1 month.Try to use daily color contacts. You can use whenever you want and don't waste your money.
Absolutely not. Your eyes and environment can cause dirt and bacteria to form on the lenses and saline solution will not sterilize them, the recommended contact lens solution will. You must keep your contact lenses in the proper soaking solution in the case when not using them. You should change and clean your case and change the Solution whenever you wear the lenses or two or three times a week, if you don't. If you don't wear your lenses often, you could probably extend the wear time to 6 weeks if they are properly cared for, but check with your optician to be sure. I am not an eye doctor or optician.
