What foods promote good eye health?!

Question: What foods promote good eye health?
My last two eye exams results showed I have pressure in my eyes and each exam required an eye dilation. The tests also showed the possibility of me having glaucoma. Although the probability of having the eye disease at my age (below 20) is low, I want to do my best improve my eye exam results.

What types of foods are good for eyes? Carrots are a possibility, but are there more options from me to choose from?

Carrots are not better for the eyes than other vegetables; dark green leafy vegs like spinach and collards are better than carrots for long term retinal health.

Glaucoma is largely a disease due to the anatomy of the particular eye you were born with. Foods will not prevent it or reduce your risk.

The single most important thing you can do to protect your optic nerve (glaucoma is a disease of the optic nerve) is to not smoke. The second things are to maintain good overall health -- make sure you are checked for high blood pressure and diabetes yearly and get treatment for them.
