How wide of an angle you see depends not on the size of the eye ball but the angle at which the eye lets the light in and the angle at which the cons/rods are set to pick up the light and transfer to the optic nerve. If you want to really get down to basics a human eye has a comparatively tiny focus area, only about 10 degrees, everything else is peripheral vision and is out of focus. While peripheral vision angle may vary, the focusing area does not, so no, the size of the eyeball won't necessarily affect how much one can see.
no they see the same area unless becuase of there small eyes there are problems like blindness.
other then that the determination of where you see is based on where your eyes are placed, like horses for example. there eyes are on the side unlike our which are on the front. horses can see forward and everything on the side of them without turning there heads.
