Question: How can i use my optical prescription to determine what strength i need in some coloured contacts?
my prescription is:
RIGHT EYE: Sph -0.50 cyl -0.50 axis 10
LEFT EYE: sph PL cyl -0.50 axis 180
i have to choose from 0.00 to -8.00 what do i choose?! or shall i get ones that are literally just no strength. please help!

For the right eye, you could get by with a - 0.75 sphere , but the left eye can't be corrected with contacts, so a 0.00 power for the left would be as good as you can get. You have no Sphere power in the left, and the astigmatism "Cyl" power is too small to be corrected on it's own.
