1.) i get headaches whenever i read
2.) im dizzy when im done reading
3.) i CAN see very well far away
4.) i always squint
5.) computers and televisions are blurry
6.) my eyes hurt when i focus on something close
7.) noises DONT give me headaches

Don't bother your doctor. Go to the optician and get an eyetest. You probably need glasses.
sounds like you need to see eye dr. you have all the symptoms of being far sighted and eye strain when looking at things too close
She will probably tell you to run to Yahoo answers for advice.
