contacts and hot yoga?!
Question: Contacts and hot yoga?
im about to go to hot yoga but im not sure if I should leave my contacts in? Is it okay if i wear them?

It should be perfectly fine to leave them in. I suggest you keep rewetting drops handy, though, just in case. Also, make sure to blink your eyes frequently to encourage natural tear production.

Bit late now but contacts are ideal for yoga. I wear them to yoga all the time.
