i have a swollen and red eye, please read my description.?!

Sorry but the fact that you have had an eye condition for a few years is very troubling, I am surprised that you do not have at least some irreversible loss of vision. Your father may have gotten chemicals in his eyes which could permanently effect his vision.. You both have serious eye problems which need to be treated by an ophthalmologist or optometrist. If your father has health insurance, the visits and treatment to your ophthalmologist should be covered. Most eye clinics and many eye specialists will work out a payment plan if you have serious eye problems, which both you and your father appear to have. No eye doctor wants to see someone go blind because they cannot pay the full fee at one time. See a doctor before both of you are blind.
