Question: When I have taken speed I find that as I'm traveling in a vehicle I get these 1 second flashes. ?
The flashes are the same scene that I have just seen repeated about 6 or 7 times then it goes away. Any ideas what this could be?

A big part of the vision process happens in the brain. When your brain is "fried" on drugs, wierd visual effects can happen. It would be advisable to lay off the drugs before you do permanent damage.
