Question: Is it possible for pink eye to go away on it's own!?
I had pink eye( I have had it before) I was prepared to call the doctor today but when I woke up it was better than it had been for the past 2 days!. Is it possible that it could still be infected even if the symptoms have gone away!? I did go to the drugstore and get eye drops!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its best to keep using the eye drops
just in case!. & also, try
checking an eye doctor / doctor too ,
