It is a once a day type multivitamin with extra Vit C, Vit E, zinc and lutein so as to contain the AREDS study recommended amounts for the slowing of progression of age related macular degeneration with large soft drusen!.
It will not do anything for your eyes, unless you have age related macular degeneration with large soft drusen!. It has large amounts of Vit E and zinc, approaching the toxic amount and may cause increased risk of stroke and prostate problems!.
Not a good idea for anyone to take, unless their eye doctor has recommended it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
