look away every 5 min!. from the computer or close work at a distant object for 5 sec!.

learned this from a ebook perfect eyes

and should I keep on doing this eye ebooks or just wear my contacts!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you're supposed to keep looking back and forth between something close and something far!. it kinda gives you a headache but it's supposed to improve your vision!. it's called the Bates (sp!?) methodWww@Answer-Health@Com
