Pain and red on Eye: Question?!
Question: Pain and red on Eye: Question!?
I wore contact lens that was supposed for 2 weeks, but I wore like 3 weeks!. I use them in the morning and take them off before sleep
3 days ago: Before it was right eye very red, left eye a little red!. Hurts a little!. After I put off contact lens before sleep (the eye already red), I rub both eyes for a moment!. After that my eye become teary!. And after that it was painful to even see the dim orange light of my room!. So I slept!.
2 days ago: I woke up, my eye is very teary especially my right!. The tear is clear!. The color of my right eye is very red and left is kinda red!. Didn't see cornea/iris color but they're similar to usual!. I didn't use contact lens this time but I use my glasses!. I can see the room light (not sensitive to room/house light anymore) but when I went out and see the light outside, my right eye can't look at even the sun-shined road!. It's painful and caused me a headache!. The left eye is quite fine though, so I walked covering my right eye with my hand and using left to see!. And I slept for the rest of the day!.
Yesterday: My right eye is not that red anymore, my left is very little red!. My right eye can see at the sunlight and I can wear (new) contact lens and they didn't hurt!. But if I press gently with my finger, with lid closing, at the center of the right eye, it's still hurt, like something is stuck in the eye!.
Today: Everything is fine, right eye a little bit red, left is fine!. Right eye: still hurt when I press gently on the center (most likely iris) with lid closed!. When I open lens/glasses, I see that my right eye vision is "very very little, barely unnoticable" blurred compared to left eye vision, especially when I'm seeing something very close +/- 15-20 cm (book)!. The location is at the middle of the eye (cornea/iris)!. If I close my eye and move it up and down quickly, I can feel it!. If I wink, I can feel it too!. Like something is stuck there and can't get out!.
Could someone tell me how bad my eye is, what this MIGHT sounds like since the "inflammation" seems to be over yesterday!.
Like, should I go to eye doctor IMMEDIATELY or just wait until tomorrow!?

Well, it could be something simple like blepharitis, which is an irritation of the eyelids, but it could be more serious like a scratched cornea or an infection!. If it isn't getting better after a couple days of wearing your glasses, then make sure you do get to the doctor!. There are a range of problems that can be caused by over-wearing contacts that can cause serious vision issues, its always best to go to the doctor!. It almost sounds like a scratched cornea to me, which you may need treatment for before it clears up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
