Question: Can a bright light reflecting off silver metal nail clippers damage your eyes!?
I was clipping my nails outside, and it was a sunny day, and sunlight reflected off the nail clippers and into my eyes!. And it was really bright!. Also, I was in a little bit of a trance and couldn't look away (I don't know why, I was really tired or something)!.

Extreme or prolonged exposure to very intense light can damage your eyes, but reflected sunlight from metal is unlikely to do any damage!. If damage is done, you'll probably notice it within 24-36 hours; if you don't see anything wrong after two days, you're fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
personally, i would say yes!. because too much glare can damage one's eyes!. its like looking at the reflection of glass from the sun, or looking closely at diamonds when light hit the them!. they're eye-piercing!. the latter could actually damage the eyes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
