Question: My eyes go blank when i stand up!?
sometimes when i get up from sitting down black starts its way from the outside of my eye and makes way inward it only lasts a few seconds but sometimes it goes completely blank and i cant see!. but most of the time there is only a little hole that i can see out of!. and no im not closing my eyesWww@Answer-Health@Com

It has to do with your blood pressure!. When you're sitting down you're blood pressure blood pressure is different from when you're standing up!. When you stand up your blood pressure changes very quickly, which causes the blackness in your eyes!. It's not much of a problem, just don't stand up so quickly!. its called orthostatic hypotension!. when you suddenly get up and your blood pressure suddenly drops!.that sudden drop is easily felt by our brain thats why we have the tendency to faint or blackout!. avoid sudden getting up!. allow a minute or 2 before walking after getting up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it happens to everyone, think of it as you getting up too fast and you get dissy, your body is just adjusting to the movement from sitting too long and getting up all of a sudden!. Happens to me a bunch of times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that sounds like a serious illness called gobreuphrea it a disease that constricts your eye sockets when you stand up or put pressure on you blood it struggles through your eyes holding out on the oxygen this is serious if left untreated may cause blindness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
