Question: My eyes tend to lose focus and go fuzzy when I use the computer for 30 minuntes or more!. !?

I have to use the computer for my job!. Any ideas to help:

i hate eye strain!.

every 30 minutes or so
turn your back from the computer
and stare out into the distance for 20 seconds!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need an eye exam to check for:
Possible binocular instability (uncompensated phoria)
Or undetected long-sight (hyperopia)

Either would make computer-work more fatiguing for you than for the average person!. There are other possibilities too, but they are the prime suspects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you blink often while using computer!?
if yes please visit your optician for your eye check and prescribe a pair of glasses with E!.M!.I!.coated ophthalmic lens for computer works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
