Question: How do I fix swollen blood vessels in my eyes!?
I looked at my eyes and they've started to get red vessels (lines) around the iris/pupil!. They aren't regular because they are all over and I've not seen them before!. I think I've strained my eyes too much!. Anyway, the blood vessels keep bursting in one of them, and I'm concerned!. What should I do to relax them, and how long will it take for them to heal up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First things first, DON'T use Visine or any other product that will "get the red out"!. This is most likely your eyes screaming for some lubrication and sleep!. Try Refresh Tears, Systane, or Optive 4x day!. These are all available over the counter!. If you try the tears, and there is no improvement in 10-14 days, then see an optometrist!. They can evaluate the situation and refer you to ophthalmology if further examination is needed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
