Question: My eyes are got a little grey but my natural eye colour brown !?

and there are other problems my eyes i only found out that i am nearsighted and there's little yellow part's in my eye's
and i don't even know what the cause is!.is it diabetes
someone please help and am 14

about grey color it can be ophthelmia (it a sensation of change in wither)
