Question: From what country can I buy colored contacts without a prescription!?

I want colored contacts (non perscription) but I don't want to spend money on an eye exam (I have no insurance left for a year and a half) I found a site in the UK that sells them without a perscription (contactlenses!.co!.uk) just wondering if there are any others!.!.!. with english or french websites!.
