Will i be blind? Really bad eyesight?!


Question: Will i be blind!? Really bad eyesight!?
Im 16 and my eye sight is 3!.75 and 3!.5, at this rate i'm really scared that i'll be blind when i get older!.!.!. and i heard that when you get older you'll need reading glasses!? How does that balance out!? Is it possible for me to be blind!? And what can i do to improve my vision!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually 3!.75 (I presume you mean -3!.75) isn't that bad, as some people are -10 or even -15, and, although you might need stronger glasses at some point, it is highly unlikely you will go blind from nearsightedness alone!.

There are some systems of eye exercises available, but I don't believe they will help much for refractive errors!. I would not reccomend throwing a lot of money into any of these eye exercise schemes!.

Usually, when people get older (about 40 or so) the lens in the eye starts to lose its ability to focus up close and reading glasses become necessary!. If you are moderately nearsighted, you might not need glasses to read, but that's little consolation as you will still need glasses for all the time you are not reading!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Head and neck exercises morning and evening!. You can even do them when you are out walking!.
They really work but you need to do them regularly and not just once in awhile!. I used to wear glasses but I don't need them anymore!.
You stand or sit straight and
-!. bend your head forward chin towards your chest!. then back to starting position 3 x!.
- bend your head back then back to starting position 3x
- bend your head sideways to the left then back to starting position 3x
- bend your head sideways to the right then back to starting position 3x
- then rotate it around in a circle the same way towards the right then back to starting position 3x
- then rotate it around in a circle the same way towards the left 3x
Do them slowly!. Make sure you move head to shoulder and not lift shoulder to touch head!.
That's all it it really doesn't take very long!. Get in the habit of it and it becomes routine!. It increases the circulation of blood to the brain and also is good against hearing loss and brain function!.
As you get older the eyes have trouble shifting from nearsight to far sight that is why they cannot read fine print but these exercises will ensure it never happens to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
