Answers:
GPC i caused by several different things!. One is the over wearing of contacts, and another can be from being sensitive to the materials that they are made of, the solutions you use, ot the lack of good hygiene!. It is hard to tell you the answers to these things without knowing what actually caused it!. Some people get to go back to their contacts and they are just fine after a small episode!. Some do not!. It really depends on what is causing it and what your doctor sees!. None of us here can see you, so we can not tell you what will happen nor what to do!. I had a friend that had issues with it because of cleanliness issues (she never cleaned them right!)and she was never able to wear anything but a daily disposeable lense!. She still wears them and only can wear the lenses a couple times a week!. Some people with prosthetic eyes get GPC as well and it is a real hard thing to predict exactly why and how it will clear up!. I hope that it does clear up for you, and I would not use any eye drop that your doctor has not reccomended for you!. If you need something like that call thier office and see what it is that they would have you use!. Some cases it is a one time thing, some cases it returns at will!. Your best bet is to just do what your doctor says!. And you might ask about the daily disposable too and just use it that one time! Do not save it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. It may take several days to several weeks to heal!.

2!. The irritations might come back if you put on your contacts again, if your eye is not fully healed!. Try using prescription eye drops, so it can help lesson the symptoms

3!. You can wear contacts again, but try wearing different types or solution of contacts!. Get contacts that doesn't have thimerosal or preservatives!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi omg i am having the same problem for the second time!! The first time it went away in about 3 weeks!. I wore my contacts for a few hours and i ended up making my eye worse!. During this time the eye is extremely sensitive so the contact will cause more problems!. Once you are able to wear contacts there is a big chance it will come back!. I started wearing them again in Feb and the problem just started again for me!. My eye doctor told me that i should get daily contacts because i can have an allergy to the monthly lenses!. It is such a pain!.!.!.I HATE glasses!. I have eye drops that i have to use!. The doctor said it quickens the recovery so you can always go back and ask for them!. I hope this helps and goes away fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
