It depends on what surgery you are talking about and where you live!.
Do you mean a turned eye!? Some turned eye is treated with surgery, some is not!. Lazy eye is not treated with surgery!. And you can get contacts instead of glasses without surgery unless your current glasses contain prism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think as long as your parents give consent!.!.!. any age when it comes to things in that nature!. next time you're there just ask or your parents may already know the answer!.
