Question: I Need Desperate Help With Contacts!!!!!!?
Whenever I try to put my contacts in the lense always flips!. The lense sits on my fingers one way and it comes out on the other side!. I alsays have trouble with the left side!. I've tried for about an hour and nothing works!. I have done it before but now I'm stuck!. Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay take a deep breath wash off your contact and put it on your finger, if it is circular and even its not back wards then put it in your eye if that doesn't work and your coontacts are disposable open up a new pairWww@Answer-Health@Com
Believe me the first time is a pain!. I was exactly in your position, spent hours in my room trying to put them on!. But the thing about it is, if you;re going to be fustrated about it , you won't get it on!. That's why they say that you need to relax, and even if it has to take breaks!. Do so!. So one of the tricks that I do, which makes it ALOT easier for me to put them on!. of course you know, put the lens on your finger, if your right handed use ur right hand for the lens!. use your left hand and put ur two fingers, (that you usually use to open up your eyes wider), and when you have your eyes open, LOOK at the opposite side!., just look away from the mirror and not straight at it!. usually when i look straight at the mirror to put them on i get nervous, so my eyelids somehow jsut pushes out the lens again!. but yeah, give it a try!. put ur contact on the very tip of ur index finger!. make sure it is concaved inwards and that it is totally sticking out!. even if a bit of the end is on ur finger, this will not work!. i usually like to squirt some extra solution in it just incase it irritates my eyes!. now, take ur free fingers and open up ur eye as wide as u possibly can and pop them on!. do it infront of the mirror so u can see where ur going!. once its in, just roll ur eyes around slowly for a couple seconds and u should b set!. if not, go to the eye doctor and practice with him!. the first time i got contacts, i stood at the drs for like, an hour making sure i can get them in!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
